The M.1017.3143 is a Block Input Output from Danaher Automation. It features two stepper outputs, two encoder inputs and two DC inputs. The design of this product is compact and particularly easy to install. It has a coated housing and is relatively free from the deteriorating effect of corrosive liquids. The field side connector of this product unit includes two 18-Pin connectors with screw terminals. The M.1017.3143 requires connection to a 24 volts external Direct Current (DC) supply unit during operation; it also has an input voltage requirement of about 300 milliamperes. At power on, a 250-microsecond inrush is expected at this module. The current output from the out pins on this product unit is about 500 milliamperes.

The Stepper section of the M.1017.3143 operates with an input voltage of between 4.5 to about 20 volts and a current of 45 milliamperes for each connected channel.
