Product Description:
Designed to work with both brush and brushless motors, the ACP-090-18 digital servo amplifier from Copley Controls, supports three control modes namely indexer, PVT and point-to-point. With 90 VDC voltage rating, this amp also functions as a distributed drive that utilizes the CANopen protocol. To signal amplifier faults, it's equipped with 3 programmable logic outputs. This amplifier comes in a size of 168 x 99 x 31 mm.
The product encompasses a master encoder command interface. This device features a peak output power rating of 1.55 kW. The unit encompasses a flash memory that can be used to set the additional address bits if there are more than 16 devices on the CAN bus. The device derives its power from a DC power supply with transformer isolation and has various in-built fault protection features. This amplifier has a single bi-color LED that indicates its operating status. This device has five general-purpose inputs with a maximum voltage of 24 VDC. The unit allows its outputs to be programmed to remain on or off when it is in the active state. It is CE Certified.
This amplifier features command inputs that use signals in various formats for its operation. The product has a three-phase PWM inverter at its output. This device has a common circuit ground and a signal ground for its power and control circuits. For proper operation, a diode should be installed between the power supply and the amplifier. It should be earthed properly before it is operated. This digital servo amplifier has no amplifier circuit connection on its casing.
