Product Description:

Copley Controls' ACJ-090-09-S is a small, powerful DC servo drive that can precisely regulate the movements of AC brushless and DC brush motors. Designed to fulfill demanding motion control requirements with accuracy and efficiency, the servo drive is known for its varied functionality and efficient control options. With a 90 VDC input, the ACJ-090-09-S DC servo drive can provide a steady current of 3 A and a peak current of 9 A. Because it supports many control modes, like point-to-point, camming, and gearing, it can handle a wide range of motion control tasks. The drive has a number of command inputs, such as stepper commands, ASCII and discrete I/O, and ±10V position, velocity, and torque commands. To ensure accuracy in feedback loops, you can choose between digital Quad A/B encoders, secondary or emulated encoders, or analog sin/cos encoders for -S versions.

The drive is designed to be easily integrated into industrial automation systems thanks to its nine digital inputs and four digital outputs. The drive is ideal for uses where there is less space due to its small physical dimensions (3.8 x 2.5 x 1.3 inches). The ACJ-090-09-S DC servo drive uses sinusoidal field-oriented or trapezoidal commutation to make sure that brushless motors run easily. The 15 kHz sampling rate of the current loop and the 3 kHz processes of the position and velocity loops make the control work. Therefore, the load inductance must be at least 200 µH line-line to work with different types of motors. The unit's encoder output makes it easier to diagnose problems, and its additional encoder output makes it even more flexible. To guarantee customer happiness and uninterrupted operations, we offer quick worldwide delivery choices and a one-year replacement warranty on the DC servo drives and various products.
