Product Description

Bosch Rexroth is a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial components. Their products are known for their quality, resilience, and durability. Their products are used in various manufacturing industries.

The VT-VSPA1-1-1X-002-30SEC model is equipped with two distinct measurement sockets for the actual value and the internal command value. Using the external ramp up/down off contacts of two potentiometers, it is possible to separately modify the upward and downward ramp signals. Depending on the configuration of the DIL switch, the minimum ramp time for each signal is around 30 ms and may be changed to roughly 1 s or 5 s. The VT valve amplifier weighs 0.1 kilograms and must be used between 0 and +50 degrees Celsius. A current controller controls the current output stage and modulates the current command value with the signal from the clock generator. When a command value is available, the H2 LED is lighted and the Ready-for-Operation output signal message is shown. When the command value is changed, relays with gold-plated contacts must be used. The solenoid conductor and command value wires must be protected at all times and must never be maintained near power lines. Connecting the VT valve amplifier requires a front plate and a 32-pole male multipoint connection.

The model VT-VSPA1-1-1X-002-30SEC pilot current may be raised or lowered by twisting the potentiometer's control knob in a clockwise or counterclockwise manner. There are two command value inputs in the model. The input range for the first command value is 0 to 9 V. The second command value input also functions as a differential input for either voltage or current input. This device (VT-VSPA1-1-1X-002-30SEC) comes with a one-year replacement warranty from Wake Industrial.
