Product Description:

The VT-VSPD-1-22/V0/0-1 amplifier is designed for the purpose of controlling hydraulic valves by ensuring smooth and accurate motion in industrial automation. It originated from Bosch which has truly gained a high reputation due to its reliable products.

The VT-VSPD-1-22/V0/0-1 amplifier is an advanced digital control unit designed to interface with proportional valves and is powered by a 24 V DC supply. Installed with a non-resettable 4 A per 250 V fuse, it ensures internal components are safeguarded from current surges. A brief self-diagnostic routine is executed upon startup to properly check operational readiness. For communication purposes, the module is created with a 9-pin D-sub connector on its faceplate by following RS-232 communication standards. Connection to a computer system is established using a compatible serial interface cable. User interaction is linked through four switches on the front panel which is showed by a 4-character LED screen. In cases where messages exceed the character limit a scrolling function is fixed to present the full data stream. For parameter visualization two indicator liquid crystal display show polarity via positive or negative signs.

The VT-VSPD-1-22/V0/0-1 amplifier also uses further LEDs that provide visual feedback on signal activity as input LEDs reflect incoming signals while output LEDs represent the amplifier’s status by lighting up when activity is detected. The amplifier contains diagnostic connections which are available through terminal points X1 and X2 each providing a 10 V test output suitable for setup with an input impedance greater than 1 mega ohm. A shared ground terminal which is labeled COM is also present for common reference. The amplifier combines reliable protection features and precise signal monitoring to support high-grade valve control applications.
