The VT-VSPA2-525-10/V0/RTP is a valve amplifier card designed by Bosch Rexroth to provide improved motion control in hydraulic applications. The card is particularly suited for applications that operate with proportional directional and pressure valves. The amplifier has four callable command valve inputs that operate with an input voltage of ±10 volts. All the positive and negative supply voltage required by this amplifier is delivered through a power supply built specifically for the amplifier card. During operation, this amplifier constantly monitors the current at the output stage; it detects any fault and alerts operators through the LED display. The valve amplifier is a configurable device, and operators can adjust its operation parameters to meet specific application requirements.
The VT-VSPA2-525-10/V0/RTP valve amplifier card features a clock generator that is responsible for the clock frequency of the output stage. The clock frequency can be controlled between three frequency ranges using jumpers. Despite its high-performance operation, the VT-VSPA2-525-10/V0/RTP consumes less than 50 volts ampere of power, and its current consumption does not exceed 2 amperes.
