The VT-VSPA2-1-2X-V0-T5 is a plug-in proportional amplifier card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-VSPA Proportional Amplifiers series. Installed in valve control racks, the card conditions command and feedback signals so an electrohydraulic proportional valve can follow an analog reference with stable dynamics. By providing internal ramp functions and current regulation, it allows machinery controllers to position hydraulic actuators smoothly without adding discrete electronics. This helps hydraulic axes respond consistently during speed, force, or position control tasks.
The amplifier is powered from a nominal operating voltage of 24 VDC, while protective circuitry keeps the card functional up to 35 VDC and shuts down below the 18 VDC lower limit to avoid undervoltage faults. Output stages can deliver a maximum coil current of 2.5 A, letting it drive medium-sized proportional directional or pressure valves.
