Installed in hydraulic control racks, it converts voltage commands from a PLC into controlled solenoid current so that a servo valve can regulate oil flow with repeatable accuracy. Command and feedback signal processing are integrated on one card, simplifying the interface between electronic motion controllers and hydraulic actuators used in presses, plastics machinery, and test stands. The card fits rack-based control systems where centralized wiring and removable electronic modules are required for hydraulic motion control.
