Product Description:
This VT-VSPA1-1-13 is a Proportional Amplifier developed by Bosch are an industrial electronic device used to regulate solenoid current with proportional valves that operate without relying on LVDT feedback. Bosch is a highly reputed company of electrical, electronics, and mechanical component design that focuses on reliable and innovative production.
This VT-VSPA1-1-13 Proportional Amplifier needs to function on a 24 VDC supply with a tolerance range of +40% to -5%, with an upper voltage limit of +35 V and a lower voltage limit of +22 V. It has a maximum power consumption of 50 VA and can draw up to 1.8 A of current. The fuse rating is found to be 2.5 A with slow-blow type. It has two channels in which the first input (Command value 1) accepts a voltage from 0 to +9 V with a reference potential at M0. The second input (Command value 2) is a differential input by accepting 0 to +10 V with a resistance of 100 Ω. This VT series amplifier module can consume an output solenoid current of up to 800 mA or 1600 mA which is adjustable with pilot currents set at either 50 mA or 100 mA.
The VT-VSPA1-1-13 Proportional Amplifier provides a "Ready for operation" signal indicating whether it’s operational. It also outputs a regulated voltage of ±9 V with a tolerance of 1% and can supply up to 25 mA externally. It features measuring sockets for the command and actual current values with a 32-pin various-point connector. The card follows the Euro-card format (100 x 160 mm) and includes a front plate with 3 HE height (128.4 mm). Its functioning temperature range is from 0 to 50°C and the storage temperature ranges from -25 to 85°C with a very small weight of 0.1 kg.
