Product Description:
The VT-VSPA1-1-10/V0/0 is a plug-in proportional amplifier card manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT-VSPA Proportional Amplifiers series. Installed in a standard Eurocard rack, the board converts low-level command voltages into precisely metered coil currents so an associated hydraulic valve can modulate pressure or flow as part of an industrial automation loop. Its function is to supply a stable, conditioned drive signal that tracks the reference input while protecting both the valve and the upstream control electronics.
This module operates from a single 24 V DC logic and power rail, protected on the front panel by a 2.5 A slow-blow fuse that opens only under sustained overloads. During normal operation, the electronics draw up to 1.8 A, and total internal dissipation is limited to 50 VA, which helps determine cabinet cooling requirements. Power and feedback lines connect through a 32-pin male connector, which provides separate analog, supply, and valve coil terminals to minimize noise. The amplifier maintains full performance between 0 °C and 50 °C, allowing it to operate in typical factory enclosures without supplemental heating. When the equipment is inactive, the board can be safely stored from -25 °C to 85 °C, preventing condensation or component stress during warehouse storage.
Mechanical compatibility is provided by the DIN 41612 Form D backplane standard, while the card body follows the Eurocard outline with a height of 100 mm and a length of 160 mm. A 128.4 mm front panel carries the test points, LED indicators, and fuse without extending into neighboring slot spaces. The card has a mass of only 0.1 kg, which keeps insertion forces low and allows multiple amplifier channels to fit within a single hydraulic control cabinet. Its compact Eurocard format also supports orderly rack installation while leaving the front-panel controls and indicators readily accessible during normal system operation.
