The Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT-MRPA2-1-1X/V serves as a precise motion controller in the industry by joining the VT-VSPA Proportional Amplifiers series.
It controls motion using 24 VDC power with a wide range between 40% above and 20% below its nominal setup while operating from 18 to 35 volts at all angles. The controller requires less than 50 VA power and uses only 2 A electricity to handle critical operations reliably. The command value inputs from 1 to 4 can handle electrical signal ranges from zero at 0 to ten volts ±10 V without affecting their input impedance which remains greater than 100 kilo ohms for most control systems. Users can connect their systems to our input at Command Value 5 since it accepts voltage ranges between 0 and 10 volts with more than 50 kΩ of electrical impedance. With a 4 to 20 mA current range and 100 ohm resistance, the current input (command value 6) delivers accurate control solutions for users. The external ramp time tool works with 0 to +10V voltage changes that the controller raises to +15V through a 10k Ohm reference support for better speed control.
This system includes a 10% range that lets users make small changes to their setup. The system responds to potentiometers w1 to w4 according to their 0 to 110% settings for total flexibility. The VT-MRPA2-1-1X/V lets users set ramp time between 20 milliseconds and 5 seconds plus select a range of 0.2 to 50 seconds for exact movement control. Users can set the step level between 0% and 50% while the internal command value output delivers ±10 V ±2% with a maximum output current of 2 mA. The card measures 100 x 160 mm according to the Euro-card standard DIN 41494 to simplify compatibility with control systems.
