The VT-MRPA1-100-11/V0/0 is a plug-in proportional amplifier module from the Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT-VSPA Proportional Amplifiers series. Installed inside machine enclosures, the device converts a low-level command signal into a controlled solenoid current so hydraulic or pneumatic proportional valves can track analog references within automated production systems. This electronic interface links PLC voltage outputs with field actuators, giving motion and pressure loops the fine resolution required for repeatable positioning, pressing, or clamping tasks. Its plug-in format also keeps the control electronics separate from the valve assembly while allowing direct access to the module inside the cabinet.
The module operates from a nominal supply of 24 VDC, and its internal regulators keep the circuitry functional at voltages as low as 18 V. Input protection allows the unit to tolerate voltages up to 35 V. The output stage can deliver up to 1.85 A of controlled direct current to a proportional solenoid while drawing less than 2 A from the source. Even with the oscillator section enabled, overall power demand remains below 24 VA, allowing the module to operate on compact DC power buses. The built-in oscillator supplies a 2 V, 10 mA dither signal that reduces hysteresis in the valve spool and helps maintain linear flow response.
The housing attaches to a TH 35-7.5 mounting rail, and a rear latch secures the 40 mm-wide module to a standard DIN track. The enclosure measures 79 mm in height and 85.5 mm in depth, allowing multiple modules to be arranged closely without blocking airflow. All field wiring connects to 12 screw terminals on the front of the unit, while the internal circuitry has an IP20 protection rating for use in closed panels. The high-impedance command channel presents more than 50 kΩ to upstream analog cards, preventing excessive signal loading. Despite its steel shield and molded carrier, the unit has a mass of only 0.14 kg, which places minimal additional load on the mounting rail.
