Product Description:
The VT-UK2-3X/VT10522B/U154 is a plug-in electronics module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied within the VT-UK2 Universal Cards series. Intended for 19-inch subracks, the board serves as a configurable signal conditioner for proportional valve drives, sensor feedback, and other low-power analog tasks across automated hydraulic machines. Because the card adopts the mechanical outline used throughout Euro-card based control systems, it can share common backplanes with adjacent Rexroth amplifier or logic boards and fit neatly inside machine-tool or process-line cabinets without special mounting hardware.
Physical proportions of 100 x 160 mm follow the prescribed Euro-card outline so the board slides directly into card guides without extra fasteners. Adherence to the Euro-Card layout sets both front-panel height and contact spacing, keeping it compatible with existing VT rack frames. A regulated supply of 10 V powers the internal circuitry and also acts as the reference level for every amplifier stage. Signal conditioning is handled by 3 double operational amplifiers, giving six independent gain or buffering blocks that can be routed through on-board jumpers. When configured as a driver, the card produces an analog output of 10 V; 5 mA, which is suitable for reference inputs on downstream servo controllers or proportional valve coils.
Overall construction satisfies DIN 41494, aligning the front panel, handle, and ejector geometry with other control cards in the cabinet. I/O contacts reach the backplane through a DIN 41 612 compliant edge interface that is presented as a Blade Connector. Five null adjustment points are available, and the presence of 5 precision potentiometers allows individual channels to be trimmed to a true zero. All component pads rely on soldered junctions to keep circuit interconnect resistance low during vibration or thermal cycling.
