Mounted in hydraulic or motion-control racks, the board supplies reference levels, scales feedback, and performs small-signal arithmetic so proportional valves and drives receive stable analog commands during closed-loop pressure, position, or speed control. Because it occupies a standardized rack slot, the card fits existing assemblies without disturbing adjacent modules or requiring cabinet rewiring. This format allows the module to be used in compact control cabinets where several analog functions must be grouped on a shared backplane.

The board measures 100 x 160 mm, which is the classic footprint for a Eurocard built to DIN 41494 cage dimensions and compatible with common card frames. Field wiring connects through a Blade Connector, and the mating backplane follows the DIN 41612 contact pattern so matching harnesses plug in directly.
