The Bosch Rexroth VT-HNC100-3-3X/C-I-00/000 is a VT-HNC100 series digital NC control. The VT-HNC100 series includes NC controls designed for control of 1, 2, 3, and 4 hydraulic axes.  The VT-HNC100-3-3X/C-I-00/000 is designed for control of three hydraulic axes. Its approximate shipping weight is 850 grams and its approximate dimensions are 120 x 82 x 124 millimeters. The NC control installs on a top hat rail TH 35-7.5 or TH 35-15 according to EN 60715. The NC control draws 3 Amps during operation. The range of input voltage over which it operates is 18 to 30 Volts DC. The maximum permitted residual ripple in the input voltage is 1.5 V_pp. The interface on the VT-HNC100-3-3X/C-I-00/000 for connecting to the programming PC is RS-232. Bus connection on the VT-HNC100-3-3X/C-I-00/000 is CANopen. Position transducer on the NC control is incremental/SSI.

The VT-HNC100-3-3X/C-I-00/000 does not support synchronization for any of the hydraulic axes. Mating connectors for – X1S (Type Phoenix Mini Combicon 3-pole), – X2D (Type Phoenix Micro Combicon 8-pole or Phoenix Mini Combicon 12-pole), – X2A (Type Phoenix Micro Combicon 8-pole or HD-SUB 15- pole), and X8M (Type Phoenix Micro Combicon 8-pole or HD-SUB 15-pole) are included in the scope of delivery. Recommended NC control accessories include a RS-232 serial cable and USB-to-RS232 converter. Application-specific data sets form the functional basis of the NC control. These data sets are created with the WIN-PED programming software. The software version compatible with the VT-HNC100-3-3X/C-I-00/000 is WIN-PED version 6. This software runs on a PC with Windows 7/XP operating system and requires 100 MB fixed storage and 512 MB RAM. Only trained personnel should handle, install operate and maintain the VT-HNC100-3-3X/C-I-00/000 NC control device.
