The VT-HNC100-1-1X/134/7 is one of the digital axis control units with integrated axis controllers designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is used to achieve control functions such as position control, pressure control, force control, and velocity control. The hydraulic controller can work in different modes, including direct valve control, positioning block mode, drive-controlled position control, and drive-controlled positioning. Its housing is composed of glass-fiber reinforced polyamide plastic and is provided with cooling slots to aid heat dissipation. Thanks to its compact size, it can be easily installed within a control cabinet, ensuring optimal space optimization. However, it should be snapped onto the DIN mounting rails in this control cabinet.

There is a slot for an SD card with an SPI bus connection in the VT-HNC100-1-1X/134/7. It stores information like the PLC program and other vital information for the controller’s operation. This HNC100 is equipped with LEDs that inform users of its operating status and indicate when there are unresolved faults during its operation. Additionally, it has monitoring functions to prevent conditions such as undervoltage, over-current of 24V sensor voltage and digital outputs, and short-circuit monitoring for analog/digital outputs. Bosch Rexroth’s IndraWorks software tool can also be used to parameterize, commission, and run diagnostics on the device. It should be operated at a nominal voltage of 24V DC.
