Product Description

The VT-HNC 100-1X/150 is an accurate axis controller produced by Rexroth Indramat to carry out the closed-loop controlling of hydraulic drives used in industrial production and processing systems. This axis controller can also carry out the accurate control of electrical drives used in production and processing systems. Before this industrial axis controller is fit for industrial operation, it requires an accurate configuration which is done through a personal computer, this programming is done with the NC language with subprogram technique and conditional jumps. Also, the configuration of the axis control is done with the help of the WIN-PED PC program, although this program is not included in the supply scope of the controller, it can be ordered separately or downloaded free of charge on the internet.

The VT-HNC 100-1X/150 industrial axis controller also contains about 8 digital input and output connections through which it exchanges digital information with all other parts of the industrial servo system. The housing of this device provides it a high level of protection, allowing it to operate smoothly in industrial conditions considered unfavorable for convectional industrial machines. The handling of this industrial control device is designed to be straightforward, however, only persons who have been specially trained should be allowed to handle the device as wrong handling can cause the sudden breakdown of the control device during operation.

The VT-HNC 100-1X/150 industrial axis control device also contains special light-emitting diodes which can indicate the current operational status of the device during operation. The operational voltage that can be used by this control device falls between 18 to 38 volts while the power consumed during operation is about 8 watts.
