The VT-HACD-DPC-1-2X-V0-1-0-0 is professionally designed for the closed loop control that can properly define the performance limits of the machine. This digital control card optimizes control of a hydraulic axis for the pressure control and velocity control.

Due to the fact that VT-HACD-DPC-1-2X-V0-1-0-0 is a position control device, it needs a position feedback transducer. And the great thing about the VT-HACD-DPC-1-2X-V0-1-0-0 is it both analog (0-10 V, ±10 V, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA) and digital types (SSI, INC) supported. The digital control card employs constant acceleration type ramping to enable smooth acceleration of the clamp.  It includes force/pressure limiting control that can be arranged to work with two pressure transducers. 

This controller is a complete hydraulic clamp axis control solution. Once the parameters are entered into machine operator, a clamp motion profile is created. All the segments of the motion profile are controlled by implementation of closed loop position control of the clamp cylinder. The high end technology of the VT-HACD-DPC-1-2X-V0-1-0-0 allows smooth and stable closed loop control of even low natural frequency systems.
