Product Description:

The Bosch Rexroth VT 2000 Proportional Amplifiers series includes the VT-2000-51a amplifier which delivers efficient and stable performance.

The amplifier functions within a voltage range of 24 VDC (+40% -5%) between 22 and 35 V. It uses under 25 VA of power and draws less than 1 A to empower different industrial systems without wasting energy. The amplifier has a 2.5 A T (slow-blowing type) fuse that safeguards against any overcurrent events. The amplifier requires two command values to work. Command Value 1 allows 0 to 9 volts externally but uses the M0 figure as its zero reference point. The second command input from 0 to 10 V has 100 kΩ input resistance to let users monitor multiple voltage systems when needed. By changing S1 settings users may select 1 second or 5 seconds of acceleration time while maintaining an output speed of around 1 second through external connections. The output stage works at two selectable rates of 100 Hz or 200 Hz (with a 10% accuracy margin) through jumper S2. The unit produces solenoid currents from 0 to 800 mA at 800 mV output voltage from socket I with 10 mA accuracy. It has a fixed solenoid resistance of 19.5 Ω. The amplifier brings ±9 V voltage output that stays within ±1% accuracy range while handling maximum current flows up to ±25 mA.

The VT-2000-51a includes a 32-pin DIN 41 612 Form D male connector for simple system joining. The device meets all Euro-card specifications with a size of 100 x 160 mm. It follows the card standard DIN 41 494 and has a front panel that measures 3 HE in height (128.4 mm) and 3 TE on the components side with 1 TE on the soldering side (5.08 mm). The device operates within a 0 to 50 °C temperature zone while storage happens between -25 and +85 °C. This amplifier keeps its weight at 0.1 kg which helps designers include it into their existing system with ease. The device offers protection against overloads and short circuits for both its input and output components to prevent operational dangers.
