The VT-2000-S46/1 is a plug-in proportional amplifier card built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VT 2000 Proportional Amplifiers series. Installed in a valve control rack, the board conditions low-level command voltages and drives a single proportional solenoid so hydraulic flow or pressure can be adjusted by a PLC or analog controller. By regulating current to the valve coil, it converts an electrical reference into a repeatable hydraulic output for precise motion or force control in industrial automation systems.
The Eurocard measures 100 × 160 mm and connects to a 32-pin DIN 41612 Form D backplane connector, allowing quick removal without rewiring. The electronics operate from a nominal supply of 24 VDC, but the circuit remains functional down to 22 V and tolerates line peaks up to 35 V. Power draw stays below 25 VA, with current consumption under 1 A, so the card places a limited thermal load on the control cabinet.
