This electronic amplifier model by the Rexroth is designed for controlling proportional pressure control values. The VT 2000 S 41 belongs to series 4X and is used to control proportional pressure relief values and pump controls.
The VT 2000 S 41 has a voltage stabilizer which ensures its optimal performance by providing constant voltage. The integrated potentiometer enables the amplifier to control the inflow of the maximum input command voltage signals while providing safe operator control. The ramp generator of the VT 2000 S 41 controls the rates of the pressure increase and decrease (time vs. signal).
For independent control the up and down ramp times are separately adjustable. It has the pulse width modulated output which creates a dither effect and ensures high ambient temperature range. The ramp times are externally adjustable on the VT 2000 S 41. A potentiometer connected between pins 2 and 4 enables the external adjustments of both ramps. Both the up and down ramps will be switched off to enable ramps to function independently. A potentiometer is connected between the 2c and 4ac pins, which enables the up ramp adjustment. Another potentiometer allows external adjustment for the down ramp. The up/down jumpers between 2c and 4ac pins will eliminate the ramp functions respectively.
The value performance is improved via optimum pump with 100 Hz/ 200 Hz oscillator. Its 10 V differential amplifier input allows interface with programmable microprocessor, computer or controllers. To ensure safety do not run the solenoid wires near the power wires. Both the input and output terminals labeled with ‘ac’ are connected internally. Make connections to the terminals labeled ‘a’ or ‘c.’
