Product Description:

The VT 2000-52D/V0/0 is a proportional amplifier employed in stable control of electrohydraulic systems. The adjustable ramp time varies from 30 milliseconds to 1 second or up to 5 seconds depending on jumper setting stored on board. The ramp timing feature allows users to have the capability of setting performance in accordance with various control requirements. An additional output biasing current can be supplied to the amplifier that switchable between 10 milliamps and 300 milliamps can be controlled with a potentiometer on the front panel so that the same can be changed quickly and without much effort.

The connecting means employed in mounting this amplifier is male 32-way connector made according to DIN 41 612 specifications, Form D. This provides secure interconnection into serving systems and easy mounting or replacement of the amplifier with minimal labor when repairing the system or service installation. This amplifier card size is within DIN 41 494 size as 100 millimeters and 160 millimeters, thus within euro-card standard size.

The front panel is tidy and compact and measures 3 HE tall, or 128.4 millimeters, and 3 TE wide. Solder side width is also 1 TE or 5.08 millimeters, and this makes the card very easy to handle and install into a system rack or enclosure. The size of this amplifier and standards connectivity with output and ramp adjustment capabilities provide sufficient performance in high-demand applications. Its compact size and flexibility in configuration also make it suitable for new installations and retrofits as well. The VT 2000-52D/V0/0 is suitable for those customers who require stable and adjusted signal control in hydraulic drive systems. It is reliable and efficient in performing precision control operations.
