Product Description:
The VT 2000-52D/V0/0 is a plug-in proportional amplifier card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the VT 2000 Proportional Amplifiers series. Designed to drive directional or pressure-control valves in closed-loop hydraulic systems, the board conditions low-level command voltages from a PLC and converts them into regulated solenoid current. Its compact Eurocard format allows quick insertion into system racks, while adjustable bias, gain, and current monitoring support straightforward setup in industrial automation. These controls allow the output to be matched to the connected valve and the required hydraulic response without adding separate signal-conditioning hardware.
The card occupies a Eurocard footprint of 100 × 160 mm, and all electrical terminations pass through a 32-pin male DIN 41612 D connector. This connector arrangement keeps field wiring modular and allows the card to be removed without disturbing individual conductors. Differential command inputs have an impedance of 100 kΩ, minimizing the load placed on upstream analog sources, while selectable ranges support a +6 V socket command or a +9 V reference for channel 1. A current-monitor test pin provides an output of 1 mV/mA, allowing loop current to be checked directly with a voltmeter. The drive stage can supply up to 800 mA to the solenoid coil, supporting fast pressure ramps with the stated 19.5 Ω resistance. Additional protection includes a time-delay 2.5 A fuse, while a regulated bias channel provides up to 300 mA for valve offset adjustment.
The supply section accepts a nominal input of 24 V DC, with an operating range from 22 V to 35 V. This wide input range accommodates battery-backed sources and normal line fluctuations without disrupting closed-loop accuracy. Internal regulation provides ±9 V for the analog stages and maintains a ±25 mA load-current tolerance, helping sensor feedback circuits remain stable during operation. Even at full output load, overall power consumption remains less than 25 VA, which limits the heat added to the control enclosure. The card fits into VT 3000 or custom 19-inch racks where multiple proportional valves require compact signal processing and regulated current output.
