The VT 2000-51 is a proportional amplifier card in the VT-2000 series. It is manufactured by Rexroth Bosch Indramat. It is used to control model DBE proportional pressure relief valves and model V4/’E’ control-RS415 pump controls. The most impressive thing is that it does this without electrical position feedback. The VT-2000 Series are incorporated with various features that provide a lot of benefits. They come with a voltage stabilizer, which provides constant voltage to ensure that performance is consistent. The proportional amplifier cards also have an integrated potentiometer to limit the maximum input command voltage signals. This provides safe operator control. 

The VT-2000 Series come with a ramp generator for controlling the pressure increase and decrease rate in terms of signal vs. time. It also has 'up' and 'down' ramp times that can be adjusted separately for independent control. The amplifier model 'S' allows the end-user to switch off 'up' and 'down' independently whenever you wish. The VT-2000 Series also features pulse width modulated output for providing a dithering effect to decrease hysteresis while allowing a high level of ambient temperature.

For an ideal pump of valve performance, the proportional amplifier cards have 100 Hz or 200 Hz oscillator. They also come with 10 V differential amplifier input for enabling interface with computers, microprocessors or programmable controllers. The VT 2000-51 can be used with different matching cardholders. These the VT 1516-1X single card holder w/power supply, the VT 3002-1X single cardholder or the VT 1700-1X double card holder w/power supply. The proportional amplified card also uses card racks of single (3u) or double (6u). The operating voltage of the VT 2000-51 is of 24 VDC + 40 % - 5 %.
