The VT 2000 Proportional Amplifiers include the VT 19021-30/RA1, an effective amplifier for industrial automation systems from Bosch Rexroth Indramat.
The amplifier can handle voltages between 22 and 35 V with a maximum tolerance of plus 40% and a minimum tolerance of minus 5%, and it requires a 24 VDC input power source to operate. The amplifier operates effectively in industrial settings with just 25 VA of power and 1 A of current. To prevent excessive current flow, the gadget has a 2.5 A T fuse. The amplifier accepts both 0 to +9V and differential +10V electrical signals at the command input. Command Value 1 accepts voltage inputs between 0 and 9 V with reference M0. Command Value 2 handles differential inputs from 0 to 10 V with 100 kΩ resistance. The system gives users many options for engaging different control systems. Use the jumper S1 to set the ramp time duration between 30 ms and up to 5 seconds according to specific control needs. Users can tune the biasing current from 10 mA to 300 mA through the 'Zw (R130)' potentiometer to match exact operational needs. Users can choose 100 or 200 Hz (including a 10% margin) as the output clock frequency through jumper S2 to perfectly tailor system responsiveness. The solenoid current settings allow users to adjust from 0 milliamperes to 800 milliamperes at socket 'I' through potentiometer 'Zw (R130)' with a tolerance range of ±10 milliamperes.
Providing ±25 mA across external loads, this amplifier produces a steady ±9 V output voltage with an accuracy of ±1%. The VT 19021-30/RA1 is connected via a single DIN 41 612 D connection and has Euro-card dimensions of 100 x 160 mm (DIN 41 494). For a device size of 3 HE (128.4 mm), three TE sections are received on the component side and one TE section is present on the soldering surface. The product may be stored at temperatures ranging from -25°C to +85°C, however, it performs best at temps between 0 and 50°C. The amplifier is small enough to be used in a variety of industrial settings and weighs 0.1 kg.
