The VSP40.3BIG-1G0NN-C2D-DE-NN-FW is a panel PC produced for machine control applications. This model has a touch screen for user input through which the application's software is operated. The device comes with an 80 GB hard disc. Alternatively, two 80 GB (RAID1) hard discs or a 32 GB SSD can be used with the device. This panel PC can be used seamlessly in areas where the ambient temperature is from 5 ᵒC to 45 ᵒC. The idea; relative humidity range for using this device is between 5 % and 85 %. It can sustain air pressures at an elevation of up to 3000 meters above sea level. This panel PC has a compact display interface and a data interface for integration with the VDP devices. A single VGA connector, 8 USB ports, a single keyboard connection, a mouse connection, and 2 Ethernet connections are available with this system.
The VSP40.3BIG-1G0NN-C2D-DE-NN-FW requires a 24 Volts DC supply for normal functioning. This panel PC can handle large amounts of data without lagging or slowing down because of the Celeron 440 processor with a 2 GHz min clock speed. This model is equipped with an integrated graphics controller in addition to 8 MB of video memory. A DVD burner can be optionally installed in the system. The factory version of this panel PC contains the Windows XP operating system by default. The Windows XP English version is installed by default and German, Italian, Swedish, Spanish, and Portuguese languages can be installed with the MUI Inst program installed on the desktop. The device also allows users to backup data with the Acronis True Image software. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
