Product Description:
The VSP40.1DEE-512NN-C1C-AN-NN-FW operator terminal produced by Bosch Rexroth is integrated with a Celeron processor that has a minimum 2GHz clocking frequency. This terminal houses a 15-inch universal touchscreen. The touchscreen supports the operation of the product without a mouse or a keyboard. The device has a USB connection at its bottom left corner. The hardware configuration of this operator terminal must not be altered structurally. The emergency stop switch of the unit should be installed in an easily accessible position. The terminal comes equipped with a 3.5-inch hard disk with 20GB capacity. It does not incorporate any disc drive. The product is intended to be stored and transported in a temperature range between -20°C and 60°C.
The terminal depicts a maximum temperature change of 3°Cduring operation. The device incorporates a climatic class of 3K3 in accordance with EN 60721 specifications. This unit must always be checked for UL compliance after additional extension cards are used. It should be fitted in the cutout such that the connector panel can be accessed without any problem. The 3.5-inch hard disk has a maximum of 720 operating hours per month. The installation of this product is done by ensuring that there is clearance of 50mm on all sides for cooling as well as cable routing.
The connecting cables of the device are laid in loops during installation. All cables of the unit should have strain reliefs on them. The operating display related to the product remains OFF when there is no supply voltage connection. The total power consumption of the devices connected to the USB port of the terminal should not be more than 500mA. There should be no hand contact with the rotating fan impeller during operation to avoid injury. The battery must not be changed by the user.
