The VSP40.1DEE-1G0NN-C1C-CN-NN-FW is a human-machine interface panel built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VSP IndraControl Terminals series. As an operator terminal, it combines an embedded PC and a protected display so that machine states, alarms, and process variables can be viewed and adjusted directly on the production floor. By integrating touch input, networking, and standard field-level connectors, the unit simplifies visualization and supervisory tasks inside automated cells.

The front carries a 15 in TFT screen that renders 256,000 colors at 1024 x 768 pixels, giving clear graphics for SCADA pages and diagnostic dialogs. Touch input replaces mechanical keys, lowering wear and allowing flexible screen layouts. A single 1 x RJ45, 10/100 Base-T Ethernet port links the terminal to controllers or plant MES systems, while a 1 x RS232, 9-pin D-Sub port provides legacy serial integration. Two front-accessible 2 x Type A USB receptacles accept memory drives for recipes or log retrieval. Expansion is available through 6 full-length PCI slots, so additional motion, vision, or communication boards can be installed without replacing the core unit.
