The VSP40.1BIE-512NN-C1C-AD-NN-FW operator terminal is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and belongs to the VSP IndraControl Terminals series. It serves as a human-machine interface that consolidates visualization and command functions for automated machinery. The unit integrates a graphic panel with fixed operator controls, allowing operators to start cycles, modify parameters, and review status messages directly at the installation. By communicating with the plant controller over its dedicated backplane link, the terminal brings process data to the front of the cabinet and simplifies routine service access.

Visual feedback is delivered on a 15 in TFT screen that renders process graphics at 1024 x 768 pixels and up to 256,000 colors. The front bezel is finished in RAL 7035 light gray and measures 407 mm in width, 370 mm in height, and 5 mm in thickness, creating a flat mounting surface that fits standard control-cabinet cutouts.
