The VSP16.3BKG-1G0NN-C2D-DE-NN-FW operator terminal belongs to the VSP IndraControl Terminals series produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It combines a panel computer and dedicated keys to provide machine-level visualization and command entry in automated cells and production lines. By integrating display hardware, communication ports, and keyed operation in one enclosure, the unit acts as a local human-machine interface that links operator input and status displays to PLC or motion controllers. Operators can use it to navigate process screens, acknowledge alarms, and enter commands directly at the machine.
Its display section uses a 12" TFT panel that renders graphics at 800 x 600 pixels with a palette of 256,000 colors, so alarm screens, trend curves, and diagnostic icons remain legible under factory lighting. Power is supplied at 24 V DC, and the electronics draw up to 160 W max., which helps determine the required power capacity for the installation. Sixteen machine function keys located under the screen support gloved operation, and the key-based interface allows direct control without relying on a touchscreen. Behind the bezel, five PCI slots and one PCIe expansion slot allow fieldbus cards or specialized I/O to be added inside the terminal enclosure.
Network connectivity is handled by two RJ45 ports that auto-negotiate at 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, enabling direct coupling to controllers or plant networks.
