The VSB40.1G4E-1G0NN-C1C-AN-NN-FW is an industrial PC unit built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and situated within the VSB Industrial PC Units series. It operates as the central control computer for motion, I/O, and visualization tasks while interfacing to a VCP or touchscreen through the GIGASTAR control panel link. By combining a PC-based architecture with dedicated fieldbus modules, the unit delivers deterministic control logic for automated machinery on production lines and in process cells.

Power is accepted from a single-phase supply of AC 115 to 230 V at 50–60 Hz, eliminating the need for external converters. The housing carries an IP20 ingress rating and fits into a 6-slot PCI chassis, with the motherboard reserving one shared slot for legacy ISA signaling.
