The VPP60.3FEM-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW is a unique visual panel PC designed by Rexroth Indramat. This device provides industrial operators with efficient means to control and monitor the operation of all parts of the industrial servo system. The VPP60.3FEM-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW visual terminal is made up of the screen and the PC box. The screen of the device is designed to display images with a resolution as high as 1280 x 1024 pixels, it can also display up to 2500000 different colors. This visual panel PC is a touch screen device. The front panel of this device meets the IP65 protection category, this means that it is completely resistant to the penetration of any solid material that can affect the smooth operation of the panel. This visual panel PC can be applied with food-processing machines, textile machines, packaging machines any other industrial machine that a precise and accurate motion control.
The VPP60.3FEM-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW is air-cooled, its housing unit contains an air blower and a heatsink which operate to prevent overheating in the panel’s housing unit. The rated voltage required by the controller for efficient operation is 24 volts. Although the PC box is connected to a power supply unit that provides it with electric current, it also connects to an external rechargeable battery which serves as an alternative source of electrical energy for the panel. This rechargeable battery has a service life that falls between five to seven years. The rechargeable immediately takes charge of the supply of electrical current as soon as the voltage entering the panel falls below 18 volts.
