Bosch Rexroth Indramat’s VPP60.1BLA-1G0NN-M1C-BN-NN-FW panel is part of the VPP IndraLogic Terminals series. The device is a human-machine interface that combines a graphic display with hard keys so operators can issue commands and monitor machine states on the factory floor. It is installed from the front of a control cabinet, leaving the electronics protected inside while the screen and keypad remain accessible at the cabinet face.

The screen measures 12" on the diagonal and presents process graphics at 800 x 600 pixels. A palette of 256,000 colors on the TFT display improves clarity for trend curves and alarm icons. The front side is rated IP65, which provides dust-tight sealing and resistance to water jets when the panel is correctly gasketed. Integrated networking uses an 10/100 Base-T Ethernet port so the terminal can exchange data with PLCs or supervisory computers over standard twisted-pair cabling. Behind the bezel, the panel height is 266 mm, the width is 483 mm, and the aluminum faceplate thickness is 5 mm, matching common enclosure cutouts for machine-level operator stations.

Direct machine interaction is handled through a keypad layout that includes 16 machine function keys arranged beside the screen. Two expansion slots, listed as 2 x PCI, accept fieldbus, motion, or specialized I/O cards, while a separate combo slot provides PCI and ISA compatibility for legacy hardware. Serial integration with drives or barcode readers is supported through 3 x RS232 connectors, and removable media or service tools can be attached to 2 x USB receptacles.
