The VPP40.3DEM-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW is an operator terminal manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VPP IndraLogic Terminals series. The unit integrates a processor, graphical display, and touch sensor so a machine operator can issue commands, adjust setpoints, and observe diagnostic feedback without a separate computer. Mounted on a control cabinet door, it functions as the visual front end of an IndraLogic PLC in automated assembly, packaging, and process lines. Its integrated design keeps control and visualization in one housing at the machine interface.

The panel’s screen measures 38.1 cm (15″) and uses TFT technology to present graphics at a native resolution of 1024 × 768. A color depth of 16 million colors supports clear gradients, and touch operation removes the need for membrane keys. The aluminum front is sealed to IP65, preventing dust or splashes from reaching the electronics, while the rear is rated IP20 for cabinet-protected sections. Electronics run from a 24 V DC supply that can share the low-voltage rail with other control equipment. One USB 2.0 socket is placed on the front bezel for data sticks, and a VGA service connector supports an external monitor during setup. The housing is finished in RAL 7035 light gray.
