By merging visualization and logic processing within one assembly, the terminal reduces wiring complexity and serves as a centralized human-machine interface for discrete or process-oriented installations that require local status display and direct touch input.

Its front panel incorporates a 15" TFT that delivers a native resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, allowing SCADA graphics and alarm dialogs to remain legible at typical workstation distances. Color depth reaches 256,000 colors, which supports multistate icons and trend charts without visible banding in normal use. A fanless Celeron processor executes control tasks while working with 512 MB of memory so recipe data, runtime logs, and the Windows-based operating system can run together without frequent disk access.
