The Bosch Rexroth VPP40.1BIA-1G0PS-M1C-BN-NN-FW is an IndraControl VPP series operator terminal. The terminal is shipped with an AC power supply. The nominal input voltage is 115 / 230 Volts AC. The input voltage range is 85 to 264 Volts AC. The input current varies from 1 Amp at 230 Volt AC to 2 Amps at 115 Volts AC. The maximum inrush current is 40 Amps at 230 Volts AC and the 20 Amps at 115 Volts AC. The maximum output power of the power supply is 160 Watts. Ambient conditions recommended by Bosch for the operation of the VPP40.1BIA-1G0PS-M1C-BN-NN-FW terminal include 5 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature, temporal temperature changes of up to 3 degree Celsius per minute and elevation of up to 2000 meters. During storage and transportation an ambient temperature between -20 and 60 degrees Celsius should be maintained.
The VPP40.1BIA-1G0PS-M1C-BN-NN-FW is based on PC box with 3 slots. It features a 1.3 Gigahertz Celeron processor with integrated graphics controller, 1 Gigabyte of RAM, a 20 Gigabyte hard drive, and a 15 inch display with 16 machine function keys for operator input. A Profibus DP slave interface is also provided on the terminal. The VPP40.1BIA-1G0PS-M1C-BN-NN-FW does not come with an optical drive. The operating system, which is Windows XP, is installed at the factory. The front panel of the VPP40.1BIA-1G0PS-M1C-BN-NN-FW is IP 65 rated and the PC box is IP 10 rated. Integrated interfaces available on all variants of the VPP series include one parallel interface with 25-pin connector, two or three serial interfaces with 9-pin connectors, one Ethernet interface, one VGA interface with 15-pin connector and PS/2 interfaces for mouse and keyboard. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
