It is a panel PC that brings visualization, soft-PLC control, and user interaction into one enclosure for industrial automation cells, production lines, and machine tools. By integrating processing hardware, display, and field interfaces behind a sealed front panel, the product reduces cabinet wiring and allows direct mounting on machines where operators need real-time status feedback and command entry.

An Intel Core i5-520M running at 2.4 GHz drives the terminal, and its dual cores share a 3 MB L2 cache to handle deterministic logic as well as interface handling. The board equips 2 GB RAM and a 160 GB HDD, giving space for the IndraLogic runtime, historical data, and diagnostic files. Power is supplied at 24 V DC, and overall design limits consumption to 160 W, so it can share the same low-voltage power bus as field sensors. The chemically hardened front panel carries an IP65 rating, enabling washdown installation on machine faces. Two free PCI slots allow motion or fieldbus cards, while internal temperature is managed by convection without separate fans.

The visualization side uses a TFT screen that spans 12 in diagonally, renders 256,000 colors, and presents graphics at 800 × 600 px. Two 2 × RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports isolate control traffic from plant IT, and six USB 2.0 connectors support external drives, touch calibration tools, or service keyboards. A VGA output mirrors the panel image to a remote monitor for setup. The rear housing is classified as IP20, so the terminal relies on the control cabinet for dust and drip protection on the back side.
