The VPB40.4D2L-16GNN-D8D-HN-NN-FW is a control-cabinet PC unit manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VPB IndraControl PC Units series. As a compact industrial computer, it supplies the processing, fieldbus handling, and visualization required for machine-level automation. It is used with compatible operator panels and drive controllers.
An integrated Intel Core i7-6820EQ running at 2.8 GHz handles deterministic control tasks, while 16 GB RAM supports large PLC programs and HMI graphics without paging delays. Six front-side Type A receptacles provide 6 USB ports for service dongles, data logging, or camera inputs, and two shielded RJ45 jacks give the system 2 Ethernet ports for segmented networks or redundant ring topologies. Two internal expansion slots accept add-on cards. The form factor stays within the Control Cabinet PC profile so the unit slides into 19-inch enclosures using the specified M5 mounting screws.
