The VPB40.3D1M-2G0NN-D2D-DN-NN-FW is a compact industrial PC unit manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied within the VPB IndraControl PC Units series. Designed for cabinet installation next to motion or logic controllers, the unit provides centralized computing power for HMI, data logging, and network tasks on the plant floor. Its x86 architecture, fan-assisted cooling, and solid-state storage interface help it withstand the thermal and particulate conditions common in automated machinery.

This computer draws its logic supply from a 24 V DC line, and the internal electronics dissipate up to 160 W during full load. A soldered RAM module delivers 2 GB of system memory for real-time operating systems, recipe buffers, or historian services. Two Gigabit controllers provide networking through 2 × 1 Gbit/s Ethernet ports, allowing simultaneous links to a machine network and a plant-wide backbone.
