The VCH08.1EAB-064ET-A1D-064-CS-E1-PW operator panel is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the VCH IndraControl Terminals series. Designed for machine-level visualization, the unit supplies touch-key access to drive, PLC, and safety data so operators can supervise processes and react to alarms directly at the line. Its sealed front face, circular housing, and embedded electronics combine the display, keypad, and processor in one enclosure, removing the need for separate HMI modules in distributed automation architectures.
Processing tasks such as local recipe handling are executed by a PXA 270/416 MHz CPU that matches the embedded firmware footprint. The monochrome screen measures 9.7 cm (3.8 in.) across the diagonal and uses STN technology with five gray levels. The display has a 320 × 240 resolution, which is adequate for text-based menus and simple trend curves. Electrical integration follows a 24 V control-cabinet standard; the electronics start at 19 V DC and remain stable up to 30 V DC, protecting against typical supply dips or peaks. When installed, the front membrane carries an IP65 ingress rating so dust and low-pressure water jets do not interfere with the display or keypad.
