The VCH08.1-EAB-064ET-A1D-064-D8-E1-PW is a compact human-machine interface produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the VCH IndraControl Terminals series. The handheld unit serves as an operator panel in industrial automation systems, allowing commands to be entered and machine status to be monitored directly at the point of use. Its keyboard-oriented layout gives the user tactile control without relying on a touch surface. An integrated monochrome display provides process feedback so changes can be reviewed without opening the main control cabinet.

Inside the sealed enclosure, 64 MB of application memory works with a PXA 270/416 MHz processor to manage the operating system and keypad scanning. The STN screen displays 320 × 240 pixels and uses five gray tones, which keeps menus and status values readable on a compact panel. A separate flash device stores the boot loader, recipes, and event logs when power is removed. Electrical demand is limited to 4.8 W, which helps the terminal remain active during UPS backup.
