The TVM 2.1-050-220/300-W1/220/380V model is developed to operate at the dc bus voltage of 300V and 50 A of continuous current is required by this model. The power supply module operates together with the line conditioning module which takes electrical power from the 3 × AC 220 V power source and sends it to the supply module which converts it into the dc-link voltage. The model is not protected against water due to its IP10 protection rating that’s why it should be mounted into the control cabinet. The model TVM 2.1-050-220/300-W1/220/380V comes with an autotransformer and an auxiliary bleeder module. The maximum regenerated energy of the module is 14 kWs (without bleeder) and 114 kWs (with bleeder). The continuous power delivered by the DC bus is 7.5 kW with a peak power output of 60 kW. A blower unit is installed in this module which operates at the AC 220 – 400 V of power and uses ambient air for cooling purposes. A diagnostic display is placed in this model for diagnosing any fault and error.
