TVM 1.2-050-220/330-W1/220/380V is a Bosch Rexroth power supply module. It comes in an IP10 rated housing. The ambient temperature range recommended by Bosch is 5 to 45 degrees Celsius. Output of the module derates between 45 and 55 degrees Celsius. TVM module operation is not permitted at temperatures exceeding 55 degrees. Output of the TVM 1.2-050-220/330-W1/220/380V module derates at altitudes between 1000 and 5000 meters. TVM module operation is not permitted at altitudes exceeding 5000 meters. Rated output of the TVM 1.2-050-220/330-W1/220/380V module is 50 Amps. The input voltage rating is 220 Volts AC (three-phase, 50/60 Hertz). Nominal voltage on the DC bus of the module is 300 Volts DC. The module is equipped with a rectifier that converts input AC to DC output. The output of the module is supplied to industrial drive unit. The TVM supply module provides the DC voltage for the motor power and control voltages for connected Bosch drives. Multiple drives can be connected to the output of a single TVM power supply unit. The TVM module is equipped with extensive monitoring functions and communicates with drive modules through the signal bus voltage. A blower installed on the module enables improved performance by ensuring improved heat dissipation. Available accessories for TVM modules include bleeder resistors, capacitors, and dynamic braking contactor. An autotransformer can be used to convert the mains voltage to the connection voltage. Autotransformers are available in floor mount or wall mount configuration. Isolation transformers are also available in wall mount or floor mount configurations. Isolation transformers are used when TVM supplies are connected to AC mains that are ungrounded. To prevent accidents and injuries, only trained personnel should operate the supply module.
