The TVM 1.2-050-220/300-W0 power supply module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is designed to be operated with the manufacturer’s servomotors and AC servo drives. One supply module can meet the power requirements of more than one modular servo drive at a time. This product can absorb the power regenerated from those drives that function in generator mode. It generates the signal voltage to the related servo drives by means of a ribbon cable. The device can be reset using the circular S2 button on the front panel whenever a fault arises. The L+ and L- terminals of the unit act as the DC bus terminals to supply the required power to the drives.

The control voltage fuse of the module has a 24VDC voltage rating and a 10A current rating. It is possible to adapt the line voltage with the connection voltage of the product by using an autotransformer. The ready-state Bb contact of the device supports dynamic braking functionality and stops the connected drives from functioning with a braking action whenever a fault is encountered. It monitors multiple parameters of the drive such as temperature, current, motor feedback, as well as bleeder resistor load.
