Product Description:
The TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-220 is a servo drive module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The product is specifically designed for precise servo applications in numerically controlled machines used in wood works, metal machining, and even in automotive industries. The servo drive module has a high short-time acceleration and torque reduction that is used for reducing the load on the motor given a certain condition. The product also has a torque-controlled drive for operating master/slave motor functions.
It has a current rating of 30 A and a link circuit rating of DC 300 volts. The product’s power supply module produces the DC link circuit for the servo module to generate a 3-phase system that is closely controlled according to phase, amplitude, and frequency. The servo drive module also has a speed-controlled drive with speed set-point input for applying analogue set-point voltages across inputs E1 and E2, E3 and 0 VM, or E4 and 0 VM. Fixed Settings and Input Weight Adjustable facilities are also provided and has been set in the MOD programming module.
The TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-220 also comes with a set-point smoothing function and can be operated using the differential input E1 and E2. A C5 capacitor is need to be soldered on the MOD programming module for the set-point smoothing feature to work. The product also comes with a drift compensation function and can be configured using the ZERO ADJ potentiometer at the bottom of the front panel. The servo drive module and its matching supply module are flushed mounted equipment and compliant with DIN VDE 0160 standards. Built-in fans are installed on the chassis of the TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-220 for cooling. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
