Product Description:
The TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-115 is a servo drive module with a current rating of 30 A. It is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and used for NC machines that are utilized on automotive plants, automation systems, and metal machining. Ideally, the product is used as a variable drive in the position control loop of a numerically controlled machine. The TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-115 is designed to work as a servo module for MAC 21, MAC 25, and MAC 41 motors with feedback electronics inside the drive module. The product has a power supply module that creates a DC link circuit rated at DC 300 V. The servo drive module generates a 3-phase system that is managed in accordance to frequency, amplitude, and phase.
Input sensitivity of the product is already pre-set on the factory using the MOD 17 for fixed settings and MOD 18 for adjustable input weighting. Values for the resistor and potentiometer are also set into the MOD programming module. The TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-115 also comes with a speed set-point smoothing in case the staircase function becomes disturbed. Torque reduction can also be achieved on the product using the Ired analogue input. Security features like emergency stop system is also placed on the servo drive module. Power section of the drive should be isolated from the main power supply using the mains contactor for the emergency stop system to function.
Finally, cooling is provided by a fan that is integrated on the chassis of the servo module. Rated connection voltage for the fan is 115 V AC 50 – 60 Hz. Capacitors and resistors are also placed by Indramat on the factory to match the motor type to the amplifier. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
