The TDM 2.1-030-300-W1-220 servo drive module from Bosch Rexroth is one of the many TDM series modules. The product is used along with the manufacturer’s MAC 63 to MAC 93 range of AC servomotors. The device, along with a MAC servomotor, a motor cable and the mains input components form a three-phase servo drive system. The module functions as the control unit of the servo drive system. It features high short-time acceleration moments. The three-phase system generated from the DC link circuit voltage is controlled based on the phase, frequency and amplitude. This servo drive module features two summing inputs and a differential input.
This product comes with a series code of 2 and a model code of 1. The device encompasses a fixed setting through soldered resistors on its programming module. The module supports flush mounting style as per DIN VDE 0160 specifications. The unit can be also used as a torque-controlled drive. Its power section should be isolated from the mains supply through the mains contactor. The product may encounter dangerous movements if it is malfunctioning.
