An integrated starting lockout prevents unintended energization when mains voltage is reapplied.

Its thermal design centers on a built-in fan that moves air through the housing, and the blower is powered by an internal supply so no external fan circuit is needed. Installation must leave 80 mm of clearance above and below the module to keep the airflow unobstructed. The power bus is rated for a DC 300 V link circuit, delivered through a 2 × M5 DC terminal pair that accepts standard ring lugs. During continuous operation, the electronics can conduct 30 A, letting the connected motor reach its nominal load without derating. Fifteen function input poles provide discrete channels for enable, limit, and diagnostic signals.
