Product Description:
The TDM 1.3-030-300-W1-000 TDM series servo drive module has a model code of 3. This module has a current rating of 30A. The device is cooled by an inbuilt fan when it is in operation. The rated connection voltage for the fan is generated within the product. The unit must be stored and transported between a temperature range of -30°C and +85°C. The X6 connector of the product features the tacho-voltage connection of the module. The BS LED of the module helps in determining if the current rating is within the acceptable limit. It is OFF when the current limit is not exceeded and lights up in red if the connected motor has a short-circuit or overcurrent.
The product comes in a size of 7 x 34 x 40 cm (H x W x L) and weighs 10kg. The device must be used with the MAC 71 to MAC 160 range of servomotors from the manufacturer. It features an X1 connector to connect the bus voltage, an X2 connector for the MOD module, two busbars identified as L+ and L-, as well as two rows of several other plug-in terminals. The L+ and L- terminals provide the equipment near the module with the required power connection using the link-circuit busbar. The A1, A2, and A3 terminals are used to connect to the desired three-phase motor.
The device has a Class C insulation as per DIN VDE 0110 specifications. The Bb LED lights up in green when the module is in working condition and the drive is ready to function. When the product is used as a master-slave drive, both drives must be commissioned simultaneously. The Bb and Power LEDs light up in green when there is no fault in the unit.
