The TDM 1.2-100-300-W1/S0102 is a servo drive module produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the TDM Servo Drive Modules series. It conditions energy from a shared DC link and delivers regulated phase current to synchronous or induction servo motors, supporting closed-loop motion axes in presses, machine tools, and material handling lines. Because it operates from a common DC bus, it fits multi-axis systems where several drives share central power conversion equipment. By combining power electronics, internal logic supplies, and forced-air cooling in one housing, the unit provides a compact interface between the plant’s rectified bus and the motor feedback system.

The main power channel is rated for 100 A, while its continuous operating limit is 65 A. This arrangement supports short acceleration demand while staying within thermal steady-state limits during longer runs. When used with a matching motor, the system can provide 30 kW of mechanical shaft power under rated conditions. A link circuit voltage of 300 VDC stabilizes the intermediate bus, and internal losses of 400 W provide a predictable cabinet heat load. The control section draws 60 mA from the -15 V rail and 140 mA from the +15 V rail. A built-in fan channels air through the heat sink, and its dedicated drive consumes only 30 VA from the auxiliary supply. The enclosure has an IP10 rating, so the module must be installed inside a switchgear cabinet where system-level protection is provided.
