The Rexroth INDRAMAT manufactured a TDM 1.2-100-300-W1-220/S102 servo drive module for the MAC servo motors. The TDM servo module is used to get high accuracy of the operation of the machines like woodworking, metal machining, automation, and transfer lines. The servo drive module can be installed along the MAC drives in the control cabinet for the servo motor operation. These TDM 1.2 servo drive modules are the standard modules for the MAC 71 to MAC 160 servo motors.
The TDM 1.2-100-300-W1-220/S102 servo drive module maintained a three-phase system to control the frequency, phase, and amplitude of the MAC servo motor to manage rotor position and the desired speed as per application requirement. The frequency and the torque of the system established the speed of the servo motor during operation. The drive modules also act as a torque-controlled drive. The components of the TDM 1.2 servo drive module are bus connection, plug-in terminals, and the MOD programming module along with the rating plate.
The INDRAMAT’s TDM 1.2-100-300-W1-220/S102 servo drive module has the +24V of rating current. It has a tolerance of +/-15. the drive module has been flush mounted following DIN VDE 0160 that allows the module drive to mount inside the sealed control cabin.
